The 20th Annual Gig Harbor Turkey Trot is the best way to kick off Thanksgiving Day. Started as a small group run in 2002, in 2019 more than 3,000 participants came out to this 5K! Come out with family and friends to celebrate the holiday with the race starting at 8:00 AM. Pre-registration is just $15, kids under 12 run free (no dogs allowed on the course). Sign up is available online and organizers request each participant bring two cans of food as a donation to the local food bank.

All proceeds go to FISH food bank, Food Backpacks 4 Kids, the Bischoff food bank, and local high school scholarships.
