Sehmel Homestead Park Pavilion


Featuring just under 2000 square feet, this space features barn doors that open on all sides, indoor/outdoor spaces for up to 150 guests, an industrial refrigerator and food warmers, tables and chairs.

The Inn at Gig Harbor

Twelve meeting rooms range from capacity from executive meetings for 12 to receptions for up to 300. Over 4,000 square feet of newly renovated, flexible space, with A/Vcapabilities, catering and accommodations on-site.

Brix 25 Private Dining Spaces


With views out on to the harbor, this waterfront fine dining restaurant features impeccable cuisine, a second-floor reception space for up to 25, and private dining space on the first floor for up to 50.

BW Wesley Inn

With capacities ranging up to 250 for theatre or 225 for receptions, the Wesley Inn offers three meeting spaces, A/V solutions, accommodations on-site, and space for a poolside reception.

The Harbor History Museum


Event spaces are bookable by members only. The Gallery features tall open-beamed ceilings and natural light, the Courtyard features the restored Shenandoah, 1905 Midway Schoolhouse.

The harbor has become widely known for craft beverages — from local breweries to distilleries. Here, a group of 25 heads out on a tasting tour, culminating in a private dinner at the Gig Harbor Marina, after a day-long training session and accommodations at the Inn at Gig Harbor.

ON THE WATER.

In the summer months, host an activity-focused group with an Airbnb rental comprised of two houses with access to a beach and lighthouse. Wake up to a morning paddleboard lesson, take in a Summer Sounds concert from the beach, and enjoy a dinner party on the water in an electric Duffy boat rental or book a float-and-catch excursion with the Gig Harbor Fly Shop.

Gig Harbor’s parks provide an incredible way to explore. Group bike rentals give the group a connected pathway to explore, from the middle of the Harbor and across the Narrows Bridge. At night, enjoy the event space and arcade and duckpin bowling of Ocean5. Accommodations at the Best Western Wesley Inn also mean a dip in the pool in the afternoon!

Masters of Their Craft.

Attendees participate in a team-building exercise where the “build” part is taken literally - you’ll end up taking home a traditional skiff boat your group has crafted. After breakfast at the lauded Harbor General Store, the evening’s event at the Harbor History Museum with a docent-led gallery experience. Accomodations at downtown’s Maritime Inn mean the full itinerary is walkable.
