Downtown Waterfront Farmers’ Market

  • Skansie Brothers Park 3211 Harborview Drive Gig Harbor, WA, 98335 United States (map)

Stop by and enjoy the 2022 Waterfront Farmers Market! The Market will be held every Thursday between June 2 and September 8 in Skansie Brothers Park from 1pm – 7pm (1-6pm in September).

We will be welcoming back many of your favorite vendors including A Simpler Past, Vang Gardens, Purdy Organics, Seabeck Cellars, Yellow Belly Honey, Hayton Berries and R2K2 Farms to name just a few. You will also be seeing a number of new faces and making new friends at the market this year including Doghouse Homestead (with mushrooms!), Ian’s Green Thumb, Garabos Farm, Muddy Mammoth, and many more. Prepared foods will be available on site for purchase to take with you.

Just like in 2021, the Waterfront Farmers Market is required to follow Department of Health regulations, including a single point of entry and a single exit. Located at these points will be Sanitation Stations where customers will have the opportunity to sanitize their hands with hand sanitizer or use the onsite handwashing station provided by the Market. We will also be monitoring the number of customers entering and exiting the Market to stay within onsite attendance guidelines and utilizing a one-way traffic pattern. At this time, masks will be required for entry into the market and social distancing will continue to be necessary.

For the time being, the Market will not have live entertainment, product sampling, or cooking demos. We will still be bringing you the freshest fruits and vegetables, meats, eggs, artisan breads, flowers, locally made food products, soaps and sanitizers, and prepared food to-go.

Visiting the Waterfront Farmers Market allows you to support our local farmers and producers and provides a touch of much-needed normalcy for the community after a difficult pandemic year. Summer Thursdays are a great day to enjoy the market and all the shops and restaurants along the downtown waterfront.

Reminder that the Market accepts EBT/SNAP and SNAP Match!
