Susan Rice became a comedian because she loved the sound of laughter. Her career began on March 16th, 1983 at a small bar called the Leaky Roof Tavern in Portland Oregon. By June of the same year, Rice was able to work almost every night of the month due to the comedy boom that had finally found the Pacific Northwest.

In 2015, Susan was voted Willamette Weekly’s “Funniest Person in Portland” where ballots were cast by her comedy community, peers, bookers and patrons! Known in some circles as the Pacific Northwest’s “Grand Dame if Comedy”, come and enjoy the conversation comedy of Susan Rice!

Doors open at 6pm and the show starts at 7pm. Show up early and enjoy some dinner from our activities menu in the event space. VIP guests will have a server and general admission can order via QR.
